Gordon William Mills (1935-1986) songwriter and manager who wrote hits and managed the careers of, amongst others, Tom Jones, Englebert Humperdinck, Gilbert O'Sullivan, and Dave Edmunds. He owned and ran M.A.M. Records from 1970, which became Britain's most successful label for a time.
